A busy life without a care,

And making plans with all your schemes.

Though your schedule may be tight,

And your days may seem like night,

Remember to take a breath,

And find some peace before you left.

In the midst of all the noise,

Find a moment to rejoice,

In the love that surrounds you,

And the blessings that astound you.

And when your day is finally done,

And you can rest beneath the sun,

Know that I am always here,

To listen, love, and hold you dear.

So take a break and close your eyes,
